ORDERS

  • Are all the items on the site available?

Yes, the items offered on www.samuraiscut.it are practically always all available.
Those that are temporarily unavailable, perhaps because they are out of stock, remain visible on the site, but cannot be purchased. You will however note that, in this case, the item is marked as out of stock, thus preventing you from proceeding with the purchase.
However, if you wish, you can contact us via WhatsApp chat on the site and request to receive a free email as soon as the item in question becomes available again: to do so, simply write to us via email or, in fact, via our chat.

  • Are all the items in the catalog customizable?

Yes, almost all of the items on the site are customizable.
There are only a few exceptions where customization is only "partial" or where it is not possible to do so. In any case, you can contact us via WhatsApp chat to ask for information on customizations for each individual product.

  • Is it possible to modify an order already confirmed?

No, it is not possible to modify an order that has already been confirmed, unless processing has not yet begun. In the event of your error, therefore, contact us immediately via WhatsApp chat on the site, explaining the problem .

  • Is it necessary to register on the site to place an order?

No, it is not necessary. In fact, you can buy on our site by simply adding what you want to buy to your cart and then following the guided procedure until payment.

  • Do you do wholesale for shops?

We have customers who buy our products to resell them in their stores. The prices are generally those on the site. Obviously, when we are asked for information on orders with a certain quantity of pieces, we propose our discount offer at the time.

SHIPPING

  • After how many days will I receive the item I ordered at home?

Estimated delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days after receipt of payment, depending on the product chosen, the period of the year (more or less intense for us), as well as the quantity of pieces purchased.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the time needed for processing and delivery.

  • Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is ALWAYS free.
If you choose to pay on delivery with cash on delivery, an additional cost of 6 euros will be applied .

  • Do you also ship abroad?

No, at the moment our company only ships to Italy.
For any foreign shipments, please contact us in advance to evaluate the possibility and costs together.

  • Are shipments tracked?

Yes, shipments are always tracked. We always provide the tracking code to all our customers.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to external factors beyond our control.

PAYMENTS

  • What payment methods are available?

Samurai's Cut offers the following payment methods:

- Credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard);
- PayPal ;
- Bank transfer ;
- Cash on delivery (+6 euros)

  • If I buy multiple products at once and pay on delivery, does the cost of cash on delivery change?

No, the cost of the stamp remains 6 euros, even when purchasing multiple products together.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • How do I make a return?

In the event of defects due to our errors, you can make a return by sending the product to the following address: Via Guglielmo Marconi 34/8, 16011, Arenzano, (GE) Italy.
We ask you, before shipping, to contact us in advance via email, chat or telephone.
