Refund policy
Our policy provides a 14 day return and refund policy.
If 14 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it and must not be a personalized item.
If the personalized product has already been created, we will not be able to issue a refund.
For example, if you place an order for a personalized product and then change your mind, if the product, or partial processing of it, has already begun, we will not be able to issue a refund.
However, if the product arrives broken to the customer, we will of course replace it.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be given (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item.
We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Fees paid to PayPal or Mastercard will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it can take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to customercare@samuraiscut.it and ship the item to the following address: Via Guglielmo Marconi 34/8, 16011, Arenzano (GE) Italy, but only after having contacted us in advance by email or telephone.
Shipping
To make a return, ship the product to the following address: Via Guglielmo Marconi 34/8, 16011, Arenzano, (GE) Italy.
We ask that you contact us in advance by email or phone before shipping.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time required for delivery of the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth more than €50, consider using a traceable shipping service or insuring the shipment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item being returned.
